Pretty and yummy

I'm addicted to this stuff. And still thanking my lucky stars that when I planted carrot and beet seeds with homemade compost, I ended up with a whole mess of volunteer tomato plants that have been giving me sweet cherry tomatoes all winter. It's just peas, pasta, tomatoes and the dressing (to serve 8 people): 1/3 cup white vinegar, 2 T water, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, mashed/pressed clove of garlic, and 1/4 cup olive oil.
