Tonight's salt bomb

Veggie fried rice for one. Barely overcame laziness to make this, but glad I did to use up some older veggies and leftover rice. Plus I love soy sauce.
Sautee  chopped veggies in oil for a few minutes, add rice for a few minutes, add raw egg (partially scramble in pan), mix it all together. Add soy sauce to taste. Eat.
