Mega cooking

Its certainly not cold yet, but we're celebrating it not being super hot for the first time in a long while by resuming use of the oven. He roasted 2 chickens. I roasted carrots, parsnips and cauliflower. Roasted tomatoes and garlic which were combined with baked spaghetti squash (the one and only that the garden yielded this summer). Sweet potato fries. Asian cabbage slaw. And although I over cooked them, the smittenkitchen broccoli steaks were definitely good. Will be trying that recipe out again for sure.
