Another first courtesy of the CSA box, cone cabbage. I baked it with olive oil and salt (thanks internet for the idea) and it was soft and sweet and magnificent. Extra credit because it's from Suzie's Farm which is only ~20 miles away. Might have to try to grow these next year.
Also made cauliflower cheese steaks from the fantasastic book "the forest feast" which has gorgeous photos and fun, easy recipes. What a lovely gift this book was! Follow the link to the book, her pics are way better than mine. You'll love it!!!
