Booze

This is a Latin Manhattan, per the recipe used as a launching point. Two parts rum, one part sweet vermouth. A dash of bitters and a largish splash of contreau. I do this over 3 or 4 big ice cubes and leave them in. Using ballast point local rum which is yummy. Feel free to add a slice of citrus for garnish or added flavor.
