- 1 cup dry pasta (something small like spirals or bowties), boiled but before it's done add
- 1 lb frozen broccoli and boil until it's cooked a little, strain the pasta and broccoli together
- Sautee some garlic, then add back in the pasta, broccoli, and add (I use Morningstar farms veggie) slices of cooked sausage, red pepper flakes, and last but not least, top it with a lot of parmesan cheese.

Latest dinner craze
I'm fairly addicted to this... It's in the same theme as this, taking what used to be a "pasta" salad and altering the ratio so the pasta is less than the healthy stuff, while retaining the yummy taste. This started out as pasta with broccoli and sausage... But now it's got more broccoli than pasta, and tastes just as good:
