First in the hopefully recurring series of recipes for humans. The goal is easy and healthy. And they're all adaptations with ingredients dropped because the creativity is lacking and simplicity rules. This has jumped up to my number one favorite when the cherry tomato plants are producing.
Yams with cherry tomatoes
Boil yams in 2 inch chunks until soft then let cool.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
Stir with low-fat or non-fat red wine vinaigrette
