It's a boy!!!

Not only do I have one large, good-looking eggplant, but there's a second little one growing. I have to think it's the baby brother due to its distinctive appendage. Two things to celebrate, but then there's the stupid grasshopper who was chomping the leaves. I forcibly relocated him to the compost bin where he'll either chomp on appropriate vegetation or be composted himself.
