Super yummy and want to be sure I can replicate (or improve).
1/4 cup olive oil (but I'll use coconut oil next time)
1/4 cup soy sauce
juice from 1 lime
1/8 cup coconut oil
2-3 cloves garlic (I used the whole base of one spring garlic because that's what I had)
On some small Sockeye salmon filets, marinated for 25 minutes then BBQed for about 8-10 min. So super yummy. Pics next time.
