Some summer cooking

Took the three brandywine tomatoes from the garden and made tomato and corn pie. Been having trouble finding creme fraiche, so tried Greek yogurt cream cheese and it was pretty darn good! (post with recipe) Also Aidas oatmeal souffle (recipe here) which was silly because it wasn't getting consumed until the next day, so lost all its volume, but whatever. Also smitten with the new vintage pottery used as compost collector.
