Apples

I started eating the fuji apples in early October but they weren't very sweet. October 24th I pulled them all to prevent pests (mice I'm guessing) who discovered them the day before and chewed up 3 apples before I realized what was going on. Anyways the basket has been in the kitchen for a few weeks now and we've reached perfect ripeness! Hoping to get even more next year... my next trick is going to be pruning it which I'm not looking forward too. My first apple chopping endeavor.
