Hurry up and wait

The apples have persisted amazingly, even though they are perfectly at Max's height. Also the squash turned out to be a kabocha not a pumpkin, which is good, but the plant is done so needs to make its way to the compost bin so more winter crops can be planted. Trying to wait a long time for the potatoes... picked them way too soon last year.
