Voluptuous veggies

The salt and cream makes this sexy good but it's still a healthy dish. Substitute ingredients with whatever is in your fridge or garden. Serves 4 as a side dish.
1 tsp oil (if using nonstick pan, add more if regular pan)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped summer squash
1 bag peas (12 oz defrosted)
1 small spaghetti squash (cooked)
2 T chopped fresh basil
2 T cream (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
First I cooked the spaghetti squash using this microwave method. Then in pan on medium, warm oil then saute garlic, then add summer squash (I used patty pan but zucchini or anything else would work). After that's softened, add spaghetti squash, defrosted peas, chopped basil, salt/pepper and cream. Saute everything for 3-4 minutes and done! I couldn't stop eating this tonight.
