The weekend of 4th of July it became cucumber and green bean season. The green beans went to stir fry, and my I've made two big batches of Japanese cucumber salad with seasoned vinegar, sugar and hot sesame oil. Yum!
The blackberries ripened enough for some to be eaten - it's more of a progressive thing than an all at once harvest. I've lucked out that the dog doesn't seem to have found them or eaten any (knock on wood!)
